At Solar Space, we offer solar and Home Solar + Home battery storage systems at little to no upfront costs. In addition, with the Solar Space Protect™ Plus you get up to LIFETIME warranty on your solar panels and battery. All the system components can be covered for the term of the agreement, eliminating out-of-pocket expenses for repairs and maintenance, including labor. Plus, you get a 10-year roof warranty for extra peace of mind.

SOLAR SPACE clients will continue to receive two energy bills:

  1. SolarSpace plan bill – this bill covers your lease, loan agreement payment to SOLARSPACE.
  2. Utility bill – you will still receive a bill from your utility company.

With SOLARSPACE, your home solar system will still be connected to your utility. At night and during times of low solar production, you may need to pull electricity from your utility in order to meet your home energy needs. However, with a home solar system, you can reduce your utility bill.

You may be eligible for a federal tax credit with the purchase of a solar system. To qualify for the tax credit, you must have federal income tax liability at least equal to the value of the tax credit. Additional tax credits may also be available for homeowners in certain states. Tax incentives are subject to change or termination by executive, legislative or regulatory action. SOLAR SPACE makes no guarantees regarding eligibility of any of the system’s costs for tax benefits. SOLAR SPACE does not provide tax advice.
